Every website comes with a contact page and on this page is your contact information, address, phone, opening hours etc as well as a contact form. We also provide a “contact lens order form” which I will detail further down the page.
We use forms instead of an email address link because there is something called an “Email Spider” , what this software does is grabs your email address into a database and then Spams you . By having an contact form we can hide your email address and prevent this from happening.
We use a special email address for the form and that email address never gets advertised, thus if it was ever to be spammed we can simply delete it and replace it.
Using forms also allows you to gather specific information from the person contacting you so you can better answer their reply eg: are they already a patient? you can ask for a few different contact phone numbers, the best times to phone them. The list is endless BUT you do not want a longggggggggggggg form that nobody will fill out.
Contact Lens Order Form: This is a simple form that will save your patients a trip to your practice and they will love you for it, all they do is enter their information and select what they want as long as it relates to their previous order, they can select “same as last time” , 3 – 6 – 12 motnhs supply, left eye, right eye and anything else you may want them to know.
Also we have installed special form software so you can create your own if you wish, you may want a form that surveys patients, you could even have a form so people can send you their resume if you advertise for more staff or respond to a promotion.
